The latest Skype (beta) account allows login with Microsoft, Facebook

The latest beta version of Skype for Windows (5.11) allows login with Microsoft or Facebook account. With this update Skype is further embracing the services of its parent company, which allows users to log in using the Microsoft account and chat with anyone using Messenger on Windows, Xbox 360 or from within Hotmail / Outlook.com.
Along with that, now can use Facebook account to log in Skype. The main benefit of this upgrade is the ability to combine the contacts list, although Microsoft has warned users that this feature is still incomplete and they appreciate feedback from the community.

And Skype is continuing to evolve its oft-criticized visual design, promising that this beta brings a simpler and, more importantly, "less cluttered" interface. Support for six new languages has also made its way to the latest test build, which can be downloaded from Skype's Garage blog below.

UpdateThe Mac beta is now available for download.
